Trade surplus adds to Thailand’s currency pressures

This news is another news about currency. Because of strong currency the main effect would be about import and export. This news is about planing of government and Thai bank. However, it still has a problem because Thai people are selfish, they don't want to see other rich. It tells me a bad things of Thai people even when Thai currency is strong.

Thailand play a roll in this year. At currently time, Thai currency is stronger everyday. Thai bank and government are planing to use this good situation for solve Thailand debt. In next month, Thailand plan to import more product because government said that this rate will be continue at least 2 or 3 months

In my opinion, I think that Thailand is not seriously to use the benefit of strong currency because people in Thailand is not participation and separate in to two groups so ,when anoter side get the benefit, other side will ignore it. If Thailand helping each other, our country should grow faster.

Gold at Fresh record high

Now a day, price of gold is increasing and becoming more expensive. The factor of gold value is from the currency.

When thai currency is strong the price of the gold is decreasing. However, some time it can be increasing too. There are a relationship between Dollars and Euro. So, this news is related to my term paper and be a very good source for writing term paper for me.

Gold price is up to 1400 dollar per ounce because of high price of gold, Federal Reserve have to decrease dollar’s value. There are several factors to make gold’s price high, and the biggest factor among all factor is oil’s price. When oil price is grown up, every product’s price is grown up including gold. In London, Gold price is increasing 0.02 per day, and it happened about 2 year and continued until today. According to increasing of gold’s price, Gold is demanded by big investors. Also, other commodities price is increasing with oil price and gold such as copper, sugar, cotton and else. India fears increasing sugar price because it is main export of India. If sugar price grow up, people demand is decreasing.

In my opinion, gold is one of factors needed to control because there are many effects from gold price. Government should come out and control selling gold over price. So, when thai currency is strong, effect from this currency is significant.

Strong Thai Currency Hurts Exporters

I found this news long time ago but, this news is one of the important new for me because if I study in college, I should know every thing about business and economy. This news is a great source and new for me. So, I choose this news, read it and try to understand it. However, the language of this news is so difficult and some word makes me confuse.

Strong Thai currency is hurting exporters especially for food and agricultural products. The council hope that central bank will monitor the dollar. Thai tourism is trying to find a new ways of developing new products while Thailand India are competition. Tourists are now heading to other countries. In this bad situation. Thai government is trying to pass it with out losing the income.

Because of strong Thai currency, every products and food in Thailand are more expensive. It is true that how can tourist want to come to Thailand when the price of foods and products are so very expensive. However, I think that it is not a big problem for thailand

When iphone4 first release, the price of Iphone4 16 Gb is about 40,000 baht. Seller in MBK import a products and sale it in lower cost. Many people who want to have Iphone4 before everyone buy it and going to be unfortunately. 2 weeks later, the price of Iphone 4 is drop down to 24,000 baht. So, people who buy it make a big mistake.

In my opinion, I think that when Thai currency is strong, thai shopping people is happy and paying a lot of money. We love to buy a things in lower cost and like to buy something that sale and may useless. To sum up, the effects of strong Thai currency makes people go shopping more than usual.

Thai importer becoming rich

Amway is one of a big business in Thailand. I already know what is Amway because my friend is one of their worker in Amway. He sells products from Amway to everyone he know. I found this news from GFD Magazine. It give me an idea of how to success in my life and it directly related with my term paper, so I choose this news to study and post it on my blog.

Amway has their own product and import product. Amway get money from selling product by sending their employees to every one their know. The point of this news is when Thai currency is strong, Amway import products in lower cost, but they did not sell in lower cost.

In my opinion, I think it is not fair for consumer because Amway is Thai business owner and why should they sell product in a same value while thai currency is strong. However, it depends on Amway. It is not wrong to sell theri products at the same rate.
